Ceci Moody currently serves as the Head of Digital Adoption, Upskilling & Engagement in Global Operations at BNY Mellon, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this role, Ceci was the Global Lead for Skills of the Future at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from January 2022 to January 2024, where responsibilities included spearheading a change program to upskill over 23,000 operations employees globally. Ceci’s experience also encompasses various consulting roles in marketing and engagement strategy, notably assisting technology, education, and non-profit sectors between 2019 and early 2022. Previous positions at JPMorgan Chase included Global Program & Engagement Lead and extensive involvement with learning initiatives for over 240,000 employees. Additionally, Ceci served on the board of The Adventure Project from 2012 to 2017, focusing on creating jobs in developing countries. Early career roles included Vice President of Marketing & Engagement at Benchmark Solutions and Associate in Executive Communications & Engagement at Morgan Stanley. Ceci earned a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Columbia University.
