Diane Round

Diane Round has extensive experience in learning solutions and talent development, currently serving as Director of Learning Solutions, Implementation and Operations at BNY since November 2006. Previously, Diane held various leadership roles at BNY, including Head of Business Expertise for Global Talent and Development, Curriculum/Transformation Manager, and Training and Development Business Partner. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Training Consultant and Operations Implementation Specialist at Mellon Bank from November 1998 to November 2006. Diane's early career began at TIS Software as an Application Support and Quality Control Consultant. Diane holds a Bachelor's degree in Financial Services from Birmingham City University.
