Gregg Martin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service management and operational process management within the financial services industry. Currently serving as the Head of Service Management Office at BNY Mellon since May 2018, Martin specializes in managing service management tools and process teams while leveraging ServiceNow to enhance organizational workflows. Prior to this role, Martin held various leadership positions at Credit Suisse from July 2002 to May 2018, including Global Head of Operational Process Management and Global Head of Tools, Engineering and Common Services, where responsibilities encompassed developing strategies for operational capabilities across multiple sectors.
