Kathryn Brady

Kathryn Brady is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition across various leading financial institutions. Since September 2021, Kathryn has served as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at BNY. Prior to this role, Kathryn held the position of Vice President, Talent Acquisition Advisor at SunTrust now Truist from June 2013 to August 2020, and worked as a Recruiting Consultant at Capital One from August 2012 to June 2013. Additional experience includes senior roles at SunTrust Bank and Tilly's, as well as earlier positions at CCI, Ajilon, and Remedy Intelligent Staffing. Kathryn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from James Madison University, attended Trinity Episcopal School, and is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley.
