Rocky Nurss

Rocky Nurss is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and technology leadership. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Enterprise Application Support at The Health Plan since September 2022, Rocky previously held various roles at Highmark Wholecare, including Product Owner and Senior Project Manager, where key contributions included leading the Gatetech project. Rocky's earlier career includes positions at PPG Industries as a Project Management Consultant and at PNC in multiple capacities, including Information Technology Manager and Business Analyst Lead, providing expertise in software engineering and compliance processes. Rocky's background also includes a managerial role at Coventry Health Care and programming experience at US Steel. Rocky holds an MBA in Information Systems Management from Robert Morris University and a BS in Computer Science from Geneva College.
