Stephanie M. Pierce

Stephanie M. Pierce is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in investment management. Currently serving as Deputy Head of BNY Investments at BNY since March 2018, Stephanie has held multiple leadership roles, including Chief Executive Officer of Dreyfus and Mellon, and Chief Executive Officer of ETF, Index, and Cash Investment Strategies. Prior to BNY, Stephanie worked at Fidelity Investments from June 2010 to January 2017, where responsibilities included leading the Investment Product Group and directing asset retention strategies. Earlier experiences include senior positions at Janus Henderson Investors, Goldman Sachs, and significant contributions in investment strategy, product management, and client portfolio management. Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Stanford University.
