Thoz Gonçalves has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of product design, research, and teaching. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Product Design (UX/UI), Product Marketing & Product Operations at Boa Vista since May 2023. Prior to this role, Thoz served as a Senior Manager of Product Design & Research at the same company from May 2022 to April 2023. Thoz also worked as a Professor at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing since June 2022. Thoz has served as the Vice-President at UXPA São Paulo since January 2021. Additionally, Thoz has worked as a Digital Products & Design Expert and Professor at Tera since August 2021. They have also taught as a Professor at Univille University since July 2020. Thoz has experience as a Mentor at Awari since August 2020 and a Professor at GRUPO UNINTER since November 2021. Furthermore, Thoz has worked as a Design Advisor at Mondo Strategies Consulting since July 2011 and as a Design and UX Consultant at their own company, Thoz, since January 2011. Lastly, Thoz served as an Advisor at SEED, a startup acceleration program focused on startups and entrepreneurship ecosystem development from September 2021 to June 2023.

Thoz Gonçalves has a diverse education history. They have completed an MBA in Behavioral Economics at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing. Thoz also holds a postgraduate degree in Human Sciences, specializing in Sociology, History, and Philosophy from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul. Additionally, they have a undergraduate degree in Design from Universidade da Região de Joinville. Thoz has also obtained certifications in various areas, including XBA - Xponential Business Administration | Disruptive Leadership Skills from StartSe University, Product Mastery from Product School, Enterprise Design Thinking from IBM, and Process Management - Partner from Pipefy. They have also attended courses in Design Thinking, UX Metrics, Design Leadership, and various other subjects.
