Blake Kittridge

Blake Kittridge is a Senior Design Engineer specializing in materials and product optimization at BOA® since May 2019. In this role, Blake actively manages the material portfolio with a focus on sustainability, qualifies promising sustainable materials, and serves as a subject matter expert in injection molding and tooling. Previous experience includes serving as a Plastics Engineer at Sundyne, where Blake improved injection molding operations and managed material sourcing, and as an Associate Mechanical Engineer at Philips, leading cost reduction projects for medical devices. Blake began the career as a Design Engineer Intern at Beaumont Technologies, focusing on 3D modeling and customer collaboration. Blake holds a Bachelor of Science in Plastics Engineering Technology from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College.
