Jay Rhodes

Jay Rhodes is an experienced commercial manager with a robust background in the athletic, outdoor, and cycling industries, currently employed at BOA® since April 2014. In the role of Commercial Manager, Jay oversees the North American Athletic and Outdoor business units, focusing on strategic vision and operational planning while maintaining direct account management for key clients. Previous positions at BOA® include Industry Development Manager and various product management roles, where responsibilities encompassed market analysis, product strategy, and go-to-market planning for new product launches. Jay's experience is supported by earlier roles in retail management and sales, including responsibilities in ski resort operations and within well-known brands such as Reef and Volcom. Jay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Baylor University and has furthered education at the University of Leeds.
