Christelle F. is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in economic development, impact investing, and social finance. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Equity Economic Development Group since November 2023, Christelle is dedicated to fostering equitable growth and inclusive economies. As Board Chair of Boann Social Impact and the Table of Impact Investment Practitioners, Christelle actively promotes positive community and climate outcomes through innovative funding initiatives. Christelle also co-founded the Afro-Canadian Cultural Centre of Montreal, aims to preserve and promote Black heritage. With a strong background in strategic partnerships, Christelle has held significant roles including Executive Vice President at Skills for Change and President of the Canadian Black Chamber of Commerce. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Management from McGill University and an Honours Bachelor of Arts from Concordia University.
