Maria Peralta

Maria Peralta is a Crime Victim Advocate at Safe Horizon where Maria works with victims of domestic violence. Maria also serves as a Site Coordinator at the Board of Elections in the City of New York, ensuring that poll sites are properly set up for voters. Maria previously worked in various roles at organizations such as the NYC Department of Education and John Jay College. Maria is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Bilingual School Counseling at New York University after earning a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from John Jay College.
