Senior Visual Designer | Experiment Designer at Board of Innovation

Nicolas Almanzar has over five years of work experience. From 2022 to present, they have been a Senior Visual Designer and Experiment Designer at Board of Innovation. From 2021 to present, they have been a User Interface Designer at Vivvidero.com and a Senior Visual Designer at DoinGud, where they created strategies towards brand touchpoints and ensured visual consistency across channels. From 2017 to present, they have been the CEO of El Engalle, a brand and content studio. From 2015 to present, they have been the Co-Founder of LAB1, a social-innovation co-space startup. From 2018 to present, they have been the Co-Founder of Cantera | Cafe Work & Chill, a specialty coffee bar and restaurant. From 2018 to present, they have been a Workshop Facilitator at Proa Consultora RRHH. From 2016 to present, they have been the Co-Founder of Experiencia MANA, a company that forms leaders with clear goals and values. Lastly, from 2016 to present, they have been the Director of I+D+i at Pillow, Innovación y Creatividad, where they have designed and developed facilitation tools and facilitated workshops.

Nicolas Almanzar obtained a Grado in Maestro en Artes Visuales from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in 2018, and a Grado in Diseño industrial from the same institution in 2016. Nicolas also has two certifications: Design Kit: The Course for Human-Centered Design from Acumen, obtained in February 2016, and Contar Historias para el Cambio from NovoEd, obtained in April 2015.
