Angela Bell is an accomplished academic leader with extensive experience in higher education administration. Currently serving as Vice Chancellor of Research and Policy Analysis at the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia since July 2014, Angela Bell oversees the collection of data from 26 campuses and conducts research to inform policy and planning. Prior to this role, Angela held the position of Vice Chancellor for Policy and Planning at the West Virginia Higher Education Policy Commission from August 2008 to June 2014. Angela's earlier experience includes serving as a Graduate Teaching and Research Assistant at the University of Georgia's College of Education from January 2004 to June 2008, where contributions were made to significant research projects and instructional activities. Educational credentials include a PhD in Higher Education Administration from the University of Georgia, a Master of Education in Language Education from the University of Georgia, and a Bachelor of Arts in Classics from Princeton University.
