Joe Strong

Joe Strong has extensive experience in the field of human resources and benefits management. With a background in information science and an MBA in Management of Technology, Joe has held various leadership roles in companies such as Aon Hewitt and Alight Solutions. Currently serving as Associate Vice Chancellor at the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, Joe oversees total rewards programs for employees and retirees. Prior to this, Joe has managed healthcare and voluntary benefits programs, as well as benefits system implementations for large client bases.
