Wanda Everson Gross, CNP, currently serves as the Director of the University System of Georgia's African-American Male Initiative (AAMI), a role held since May 2016, aimed at increasing the postsecondary completion rates of African-American males across USG institutions. Additionally, Wanda is the CEO of W L E Gross Consulting LLC, specializing in grant writing and proposal development since February 2009. Previous positions include managerial and administrative roles at Nurtur Health, Inc., Morehouse School of Medicine, Avivia Health from Kaiser Permanente, Matria Healthcare, and Crawford and Company. Wanda holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Eastern Michigan University and has completed a Nonprofit Management and Leadership Certificate at Kennesaw State University.
