Pamela Nason

Director Of Customer Success at BoardEffect, a Diligent Brand

Pamela Nason has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Pamela started their career in 1986 at The Investigative Group, Inc. (IGI), where they worked as an Investigator and eventually became the Director of Information Systems and Director of Accounts. In 1991, they joined the U.S. Department of the Interior, National Indian Gaming Commission as a Field Investigator and Director of Information Systems. After their tenure at the Commission, they joined Amscan in 2001 as a District Manager until 2006. In 1998, Pamela became a Group Fitness Instructor at the Philadelphia Freedom Valley YMCA and continued in that role until 2020. Pamela then transitioned to Pottery Barn in 2013 as a Design Studio Specialist. Pamela currently holds a position at BoardEffect, a Diligent Brand, where they started as a Client Services Specialist in 2013 and progressed to become a Senior Client Advocate before being appointed as the Director of Customer Success in July 2021.

Pamela Nason completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Criminology from the University of Maryland, where they attended from 1982 to 1986. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained several certifications from LinkedIn. In October 2021, they earned a certification in "Delivering Bad News to a Customer." Furthermore, in April 2023, they completed certifications in "How Leaders Drive Results and Resolve Conflict in a Hybrid Workplace" and "Winning Back a Lost Customer" from the same institution.
