Neil Fletcher

Neil Fletcher has extensive experience in product technical support and application management, currently serving as Head of Product Technical Support at Altrata since February 2022. Prior to this, Neil held various roles at BoardEx from 2011, including Application Support Manager and Application Support Team Leader, overseeing product deployment and client installations. Earlier career highlights include serving as a DBA MS SQL Database Administrator and Lead Web Developer at SquareMackerel, as well as owning Suffolk Web Design. Neil also has experience in project management and lifeguarding, and holds a BSc in Software Engineering from the University of East Anglia.
