Ryan Fenn has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Ryan began their career as a Laboratory Technician at Grifols USA, LLC in 2015, where they processed plasma and blood donations and ensured adherence to standard operating procedures. In 2018, they completed an internship with the Director of Quality at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center, where they actively participated in administrative meetings and assisted the management team.
From 2014 to 2018, Ryan worked at Krung Thep Thai Cuisine, first as an Assistant Manager/Server and later as the implementer of training processes for new employees. Ryan also supervised department managers, shift leads, and production personnel, providing leadership and direction to drive productivity and efficiency.
In 2019, Ryan joined Natac as an Account Manager, responsible for managing North American accounts and promoting Mediterranean extracts for various applications. Ryan also served as the Customer Service Manager during the same period.
Recently, Ryan has joined SynergySuite in 2021 as a Customer Success Manager, where they worked with clients to ensure their satisfaction and success. Ryan was subsequently promoted to the role of Senior Customer Success Manager in July 2022.
Ryan Fenn obtained their High School Diploma from Polytechnic High School between the years 2005 and 2009. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration from Brigham Young University - Idaho, which they completed between 2012 and 2018.
