Sudeshi Salwathura

Sudeshi Salwathura is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as Director of Human Resources at BoardPAC since November 2021, previously holding the position of Senior Manager in the same department. Prior to this role, Sudeshi worked at Zone24x7 from July 2015 to November 2021, rising to the position of Head of Global Human Resources after performing in various roles including Manager Human Resources and Human Resources Consultant. Sudeshi's earlier experience includes a tenure at Dialog Axiata PLC from November 2006 to June 2015, where several positions were held, culminating as Specialist in Talent Management and Employee Engagement, along with roles in Divisional Performance Management.
