Garad Soderman

Garad Soderman serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Boardroom Styling Lounge since March 2024 and is a Founding Member of The F Suite since May 2023. Previously, Garad held multiple leadership roles at Defyned Brands from November 2017 to January 2024, including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, after serving as Vice President of Finance and Operations and Director of Finance and Operations. Prior experience includes a Senior Finance Manager role at Zimmer Biomet from July 2016 to November 2017 and various financial positions within the same company from February 2014 to June 2016. Garad's career began with roles at Baylor University as an MBA Graduate Student and Graduate Assistant, along with experience as a Financial/Operations Analyst at Entegris and as a consultant for The Coca-Cola Company. Educational qualifications include a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, a Masters of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Baylor University.
