Sara Molina

Sara Molina has extensive experience in human resources and management roles across various industries. Currently, Sara serves in the Human Resources department at Boardsi since July 2021. Prior to this, Sara was an Executive Assistant and Human Resources professional at DH Wine Compliance, LLC from February 2019 to July 2021. Between June 2014 and December 2018, Sara managed a Processing department at AFBC, overseeing a team of 12 to 21 individuals. Earlier in the career, Sara held bartending positions at CBQ Eatery and Santikos Theatres, with a promotion to lead bartender where organizational skills were demonstrated through the creation of communication binders and management orders. Sara began professional training as an Administrative Assistant at Frank Howard Allen - The Wine Country Group. Educationally, Sara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from The University of Texas at San Antonio and has also attended St. Phillips and Santa Rosa Junior College.
