Cristen Korman

Cristen Korman has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on hotel operations and guest services. Cristen most recently served as the Director of Hotel Operations at the Boar's Head Resort starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Rooms at Marriott Hotels from October 2022 to March 2023. Cristen also held positions at JW Marriott Savannah Plant Riverside District as a Guest Services Manager and Task Force Assistant Front Office Manager from February 2022 to September 2022. Before that, they worked at Loews Hotels & Co as a Concierge Manager and Manager on Duty/Assistant Front Office Manager from January 2018 to December 2021. Cristen also served as a Housekeeping Manager at Loews Portofino Bay Hotel from December 2016 to December 2018. Prior to their work in the hotel industry, they worked as an Executive Assistant at Internal Medicine- VIP Home Visits from January 2009 to January 2014. Cristen Korman's education history includes a UK BA in Business Management from Southville International School affiliated with Foreign Universities, which they began in 2020 and is currently pursuing. Prior to that, they attended Valencia College from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. Additionally, they attended Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation in Candelaria, Quezon, for an unspecified period of time, studying Business Administration and Management. In terms of certifications, Cristen obtained a certification in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Florida Atlantic University in April 2020. Cristen also holds certifications in CPR & First Aid from the American Academy CPR, and various certifications in Hospitality Management including Food and Beverage Management, Guest Service Specialist, Rooms Division Management, and ServSafe Food Protection Manager, all obtained in 2016.
