Alex Williamson

Alex Williamson is an experienced food operations professional with a strong background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Food Operations Manager at Revolution Bars Group PLC since July 2018, Alex has been instrumental in driving the food strategy for both Revolution and Revolución de Cuba through menu development, commercial insight, and supplier management. Previous roles include Food Operations Executive and Food Assistant, where responsibilities involved improving kitchen operations and implementing seasonal menus for over 80 bars. Alex also held the position of Assistant Manager at Marston's PLC, overseeing day-to-day operations and managing a team of up to 30 staff. Earlier experience at Revolution Bars Group PLC included roles as Company Trainer and Bar Supervisor, assisting with the opening of new venues and delivering comprehensive training. Alex holds a Bachelor's Degree in Media Production from the University of Lincoln.
