Alex Williamson is an experienced food operations professional with a strong background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Food Operations Manager at Revolution Bars Group PLC since July 2018, Alex has been instrumental in driving the food strategy for both Revolution and Revolución de Cuba through menu development, commercial insight, and supplier management.
