Aboubacar Traore

Aboubacar Traore currently serves as an Advisor to the Minister at the Ministry of Youth and Sports in Charge of Civic Education and Citizenship Building since August 2023. Prior to this role, Aboubacar has extensive experience in human resources as the HR Business Partner for French West Africa at Boart Longyear since August 2019, where responsibilities include promoting effective HR policies and attracting talent. Aboubacar also held roles at B2Gold Corp. as a Training and Organizational Development Officer from May 2016 to August 2019, facilitating organizational effectiveness and training programs, and as a Translator-Interpreter. Earlier experience includes a Graduate Researcher position at the United Nations African Institute for Economic Development and Planification in 2014, as well as various roles in training and capacity building. Aboubacar possesses a strong educational background, including completion of capacity building programs and certifications in computer skills.
