Roger Mulcahy Jr. has extensive experience in the production and creative industry. Roger began their career as a Post Production Assistant at EngineRoomEdit in 2006 and then worked as a Studio & Field Producer at AACS TV 15 from 2008 to 2010. Roger then moved on to become a Post Production Coordinator at Union Editorial from 2010 to 2012.

In 2012, Roger joined Arnold Worldwide as a Video Producer before transitioning to Boathouse as a Producer in the same year. At Boathouse, they produced and oversaw TV, radio, video, art buying, and content production. Roger also managed a team of producers and creators. Roger remained with Boathouse until 2018.
