TJ Koscak

TJ Koscak has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. TJ currently holds the position of Regional Sales Consultant at Boats Group, where they are responsible for managing a regional business portfolio of boat dealers, yacht brokers, and marinas. TJ'srole focuses on strategic consulting, relationship development, increasing client lead conversions, client relationship management, and revenue growth.

Prior to their current role, TJ was the Owner of TJ Firewood from 2013 to 2022. TJ also founded Tread 7 Group LLC in 2020.

TJ gained marketing experience at Rockingham Marine Group, where they held multiple roles including Marketing Director, Marketing Manager for Rockingham Marine Johnson City, and Location Manager for Rockingham Marine South Holston. In these roles, they were responsible for various tasks such as creating social media content, improving sales funnels, managing digital presence, and organizing boat shows.

TJ also interned at Liberty University in the marketing department and in the Office of Development, where they assisted with various projects and relationship development with donors and alumni.

Additionally, TJ served as the Vice President of Membership for the American Marketing Association at Liberty University, where they enhanced the benefits of membership, organized events, recruited new members, and led a student intern.

TJ gained experience in corporate sales as an intern at Bristol Motor Speedway and Dragway, where they assisted the sales team in various tasks such as inventory management, contract fulfillment, guest services, and logistics.

TJ Koscak completed their high school education at Providence Academy in 2016, where they obtained a High School Diploma. In the same year, they also enrolled in Bryan College for a Dual Enrollment program focused on Speech Communication and Rhetoric.

In 2014 and 2015, TJ attended the Johnson City Chamber of Commerce and obtained a Certificate of Completion in the Youth Leadership 2015 Program.

TJ then pursued further education at Liberty University from 2016 to 2020. During this time, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing with a concentration in Sales Management and Professional Selling.

In 2019, TJ became certified as a Wilderness EMT (W-EMT) through a program offered by NOLS (National Outdoor Leadership School). TJ also completed Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management training and received a Certificate of Completion from Samaritan's Purse in the same year.

In terms of additional certifications, TJ acquired the Wilderness First Responder certification from NOLS Wilderness Medicine in June 2019. TJ also obtained certifications in Advanced First Aid/CPR/AED and Basic Life Support (BLS) from the National Safety Council in December 2017.
