Roger Wessel has extensive experience in digital business development and IT, currently serving as CDO and Director of Digital Business Development and IT at BOB BBL since February 2012. Responsibilities have included conducting IT health checks, revising IT strategies, and leading infrastructure improvements and information security initiatives. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at Capgemini Norge, Manager of Broadband at Austevoll Kraftlag BA, and leadership positions at Ebru Technologies AS and BBL Datakompetanse. Educational qualifications consist of a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Administration from BI Norwegian Business School and technical training from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and Hærens Tekniske Fagskole.
