Jill MacHell

Jill Machell has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Bob Mills Furniture since September 2016. Prior to this role, Jill worked at Continental Resources as a Supervisor of HR Business Partners from January 2013 to June 2016, and at Chesapeake Energy from February 2008 to January 2013 as a Field Recruiter. Earlier in her career, Jill served as a College Recruiter at Dell from January 2005 to February 2008 and as an On-Campus Premise Manager at Spherion in 2004-2005. Jill holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Southern Nazarene University, which was completed between 2006 and 2008.
