Mikhail Siverchuk

Mikhail Siverchuk is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in legal affairs, compliance, and regulatory matters. As Co-owner and Legal Affairs Director at Bob Snail since October 2017, Mikhail oversees critical legal operations. Previously, Mikhail served as Head of Legal at Danone from March 2010 to August 2023, where responsibilities included regulatory and compliance oversight. Earlier roles include Legal, Regulatory and Compliance Director at Procter & Gamble and Head of the Legal Department on Economic-Contractual Activities at Nemiroff. Mikhail's career began at the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and Mikhail holds a law degree from the National University of Internal Affairs (Kharkiv), complemented by advanced English studies.
