Taavi Pettai

Taavi Pettai is the Senior Director of Real Estate at Bob W. Taavi has over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on sustainable development. Taavi has a degree in civil engineering from the University of Tartu.

Taavi started their career as a construction site manager for SRV, one of the largest construction companies in Estonia. Taavi then transitioned to Forus Eesti, where they became the Head of Sustainable Development. In this role, Taavi was responsible for overseeing the construction of eco-friendly buildings and ensuring that they met all environmental regulations.

In 2014, Taavi co-founded BitOfProperty, an online platform that allows investors to buy and sell shares in properties. BitOfProperty was acquired by inRento.com in 2021. Taavi then joined Bob W as the Senior Director of Real Estate. In this role, they are responsible for managing the company's real estate portfolio and overseeing all construction projects.

Taavi Pettai has a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Civil Engineering from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology. Taavi also has a certification from the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne in Feasibility Analysis, Development and Negotiations. Prior to that, they attended Hugo Treffneri Gymnasium and Tartu Kesklinna School.

They work with Andrus Lukke - Director, Finance, Frank Esmeijer - Director, New Openings & Markets, and Ivar Laks - Director, Product. Taavi Pettai reports to Niko Karstikko, CEO, Co-Founder.
