Lindsay Marlow

Lindsay Marlow has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Lindsay is currently working as the Director of Retail at Boba Guys, where they lead the retail fleet, product, and catering team. Prior to that, they were a District Manager at Better Buzz Coffee, focusing on process improvement and leadership retention. Lindsay also has experience as the National Controller & Operations Director at LifeWorks Restaurant Group and as a Food Service Director at Aramark. In addition, they have worked as a Cook and Personal Chef at Kitchfix, Sous Chef at Bistro Bordeaux, and Chef de Partie at Acadia. Lindsay started their career as a Distribution Warehouse Manager at Finish Line. Throughout their career, Lindsay has demonstrated strong leadership, fiscal responsibility, and a focus on process improvement.

Lindsay Marlow obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from Ball State University. Lindsay attended the university from 2003 to 2008. In addition to their degree, Lindsay Marlow has earned two certifications in Advanced Interpersonal Communication: Colleagues and Subordinates, and Advanced Interpersonal Communication: Organizational Culture from CypherWorx. These certifications were obtained in July 2023.
