Dominic Mills

Dominic Mills has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Dominic began their career in 2003 at Fonterra Brands Australia, where they served as a Senior Technical Analyst and NPD Technician until 2007. During this time, they gained valuable expertise in food analysis and new product development.

In 2007, Dominic joined Glanbia Nutritionals and held multiple roles. Dominic started as the AsPac Research and Development Manager, where they oversaw research and development activities. In 2012, they became the Regional Technical Manager and Acting Operations Director, responsible for managing technical operations across the region.

In 2014, Dominic joined Vita Coco as the Supply Chain Director for APAC. Dominic held this position until 2020 when they were promoted to Senior Director of Operations Americas. In 2021, they were further promoted to the role of Vice President of Operations - Americas. However, their tenure at Vita Coco concluded in May 2022.

Following their time at Vita Coco, Dominic joined NotCo as the Vice President of Operations in May 2022. Dominic played a key role in overseeing operational processes until January 2023 when they joined Bobbie as the Vice President of Supply Chain, their current role.

Dominic's work experience demonstrates their expertise in supply chain management, operations, and research and development within the food industry. Dominic has a proven track record of successfully leading teams and driving operational efficiency.

Dominic Mills obtained a Bachelor's degree in Applied Science with a specialization in Food Science from Charles Sturt University during the period of 2000 to 2002. Dominic further pursued their education at the same university, completing an MBA with a specialization in Asian Business from 2003 to 2004.
