Greg Johnson

Greg Johnson is an accomplished supply chain executive with extensive experience in procurement and inventory management. Currently serving as the Vice President of Supply Chain at Momofuku since September 2025, Greg previously held the role of Vice President of Procurement at Bumble Bee Foods for nearly two decades, overseeing the procurement and inventory management of over 100 SKUs with annual purchases exceeding $125 million. Prior experience includes roles as Buyer/Materials Manager at UNIQUE FUNCTIONAL PRODUCTS, managing a diverse inventory of over 800 materials, and as Director of Affordable Housing at SHEPHERD OF THE HILLS, where Greg implemented an Affordable Housing Program and engaged in real estate transactions. Greg holds a BA in Economics from UC San Diego, earned between 1995 and 1999.
