Charlène Neirinck

Charlene Slapak Lambros, RN, MS, is an experienced healthcare professional with a focus on nursing informatics and clinical documentation. Currently serving as the KP HealthConnect Inpatient Application Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente Information Technology since April 2003, Charlene leads initiatives in Care Plan and Patient Bedside Education. Prior experience includes working as a Nursing Systems Analyst at John Muir Medical Center, where Charlene implemented the A4 Healthmatics ED application in the emergency department, and as a Senior Business Consultant for Kaiser Permanente IT, modeling clinical concepts for Convergent Medical Terminology. Charlene began their career as a Staff Nurse in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. Charlene holds a Master of Science in Nursing Informatics from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University.
