With over 21 years of experience in the manufacturing technology sector, Alex has held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Technical Services & Professional Services and Director of Partner Products & Technical Services, focusing on customer success and partner relations. Previous experience includes working as a Senior CNC Programmer at Aerosonic Corporation and as an Application Engineer/Post Processor Developer at FASTech Inc., contributing expertise in CNC programming and technical support across various manufacturing technologies. Alex holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Programming & Applications from International Business College.
