Joshua Mickelson is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in quality management and service engineering. Currently serving as the Senior Quality Engineering Manager at Bobcat Company since May 2015, Joshua has held various leadership roles in quality engineering. Prior to Bobcat, Joshua worked at Cummins Inc. from February 2011 to May 2015, where responsibilities included coaching new service engineers and managing global escalation processes. Joshua's earlier experience includes positions at Toyota, focusing on powertrain production engineering and supplier support. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, earned in 2008.
