Jasmine Seren-Rosso

Jasmine Seren-Rosso has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jasmine is currently the Managing Director & CPO at Boby, a company that provides construction professionals with tools to streamline their work. Prior to this, Jasmine worked as an Organization & IT Project Manager at Groupe CAP INFO from 2021 to 2022. Jasmine also worked as an Independent Consultant specializing in Organization & Digital Transformation from 2019 to 2021.

Before becoming an independent consultant, Jasmine founded and served as CEO of The Boston Club from 2016 to 2019. Jasmine was also employed as a Supply Chain Manager and Crossfunctional Project Manager at METAL DEPLOYE RESISTOR in 2017. In 2015, Jasmine worked as a Project Manager at Michelin, and in 2014, they were an Account Manager at Otis Elevator Company.

Earlier in their career, Jasmine worked as a Junior Consultant at ANO Groupe from 2012 to 2013, where they assisted the General Manager with the recovery phase and co-wrote the Business Plan for the Group. Jasmine also worked as a Junior Project Manager at CSP Architectural in 2011, where they were responsible for a cost-reduction program and the creation of a new corporate website.

In 2011, Jasmine had an executive internship at Alphaflexi, an Indian IT outsourcing company, where they served as a Business Development Junior Manager. In this role, they were in charge of business development in new markets, managing a team of developers, setting up a Web agency in France, and training new recruits.

Throughout their career, Jasmine has gained significant experience in project management, organization, digital transformation, and business development.

Jasmine Seren-Rosso has a diverse education history spanning various fields. Jasmine pursued their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from IÉSEG School of Management from 2007 to 2010. Following this, they engaged in an academic exchange program at Renmin University of China in 2009 and 2010, focusing on Business Administration and Mandarin. Jasmine then attained a Baccalauréat S (A-Level) in Mathematics & Science from La Sainte Famille High School in 2006 and later completed their A-level from Nordhoff High School in 2005 and 2006.

Continuing their education, Jasmine undertook a Master of Science in Management specializing in International Negotiations & Sales at IÉSEG School of Management from 2010 to 2013. Additionally, they pursued an MBA in Business Administration from Victoria University in 2011 and 2012. Jasmine then furthered their studies by earning an Advanced Master's degree in Industrial Management, Project & Supply Chain from CentraleSupélec in 2014 and 2015.

Jasmine'seducation journey didn't stop there. In 2020, they completed a coding program at Le Wagon, delving into computer programming and becoming a certified Web Application Designer & Developer. Jasmine also acquired additional certifications throughout their career, including the Certified Project Manager Associate from IPMA: International Project Management Association and the CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) from APICS, both obtained in 2015. Recently, in 2021, Jasmine obtained a certification in Product Management Tips from LinkedIn.
