Adeline Lim has a strong background in risk management and business strategy. Adeline currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Risk Management at BOC Aviation, where they lead a team covering multiple regions and is responsible for negotiating risk clauses of lease transactions, overseeing lease restructuring negotiations, and managing cash collection. Adeline previously held the role of Senior Business Manager at BOC Aviation, working closely with the CEO to formulate and execute the company's strategy, analyze the aircraft portfolio, and improve business processes. Before joining BOC Aviation, Adeline was the Head of Risk at CALC, where they established the company's credit risk policy and promoted a risk-awareness culture. Adeline also has experience as a Risk Manager at BOC Aviation, where they conducted due diligence, performed credit assessments, and negotiated lease restructuring. Adeline began their career as an Aerodynamics R&D Engineer at DSO National Laboratories, conducting research and development in the field of aerodynamics, and was also an intern at ST Aviation Services Co Pte Ltd, where they worked on solving structural problems on aircraft.

Adeline Lim completed their bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore from 2006 to 2010. In 2009, they also studied Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical/Space Engineering at Delft University of Technology. Prior to these university educations, they attended Anderson Junior College from 2004 to 2005 and CHIJ St. Nicholas Girls School from 2000 to 2003. Adeline Lim also obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder certification from the CFA Institute in September 2017.
