Sindy Y. has extensive experience in human resources and rewards management. Sindy is currently the Senior Human Resources Manager and Team Head at BOC Group Life Assurance Company Limited since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Manager of Human Resources at ZA from October 2020 to April 2021. Sindy has also held positions at various financial institutions, including being the AVP of Performance and Rewards at 中信銀行(國際) from April 2018 to October 2020, the Rewards and Performance Management Manager at 東亞銀行 from June 2017 to April 2018, and the Compensation and Benefits Manager at BNP Paribas from December 2014 to June 2017. Sindy started their career at China Construction Bank (Asia) as the Vice President of Policy and Rewards from April 2008 to December 2014. Sindy's early experience includes working as a Human Resources Officer at Deloitte from November 2006 to April 2008.
