Wilson Sin

Wilson Sin has a decade of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on actuarial pricing and risk management. Wilson started their career as an Actuarial Assistant at FWD Insurance in 2012, where they worked on pricing strategies for insurance products. In 2015, they joined Chubb as a Senior Actuarial Associate, specializing in pricing. After a year at Chubb, they moved to Manulife as a Senior Actuarial Manager, taking on responsibilities in risk management. There, they also took on the role of an Actuarial Manager, focusing on IFRS17 implementation. In 2019, they joined Transamerica Life Bermuda as a Senior Manager, overseeing pricing and product development. Wilson later transitioned into an Actuarial Manager position, with a focus on IFRS17. Currently, Wilson is the Head of Actuarial Pricing at BOC Group Life Assurance Company Limited, leading the actuarial pricing team.

Wilson Sin completed their Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from The University of Hong Kong from 2008 to 2012. In 2010, they also studied Actuarial Studies at the University of Toronto. Furthermore, in December 2015, Wilson obtained the Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) certification from the Society of Actuaries.
