Ana Ucieda Rodriguez has over 20 years of work experience. Ana began their career in 1998 as a Coordinator of the Banqueting Department at the Hotel Hyatt Regency La Manga. In 1999, they became the Responsible of the Quality Department at the Hotel Occidental La Siesta. In 2000, they were the Responsible of the Commercial and Marketing Area in pre-opening at TRIANGLE MANAGEMENT COMPANY (TMC). From 2002 to 2004, they were the Coordinator of Events at the Hotel Hesperia Madrid and the Commercial Executive at Hoteles Hesperia. From 2005 to 2008, they were the Head of Events and Conventions at La Toja Hesperia Resort and the Commercial at the Hotel Alcazar de la Reina. Since 2013, they have been an Account Manager at The Knot Worldwide and Bodas.net.

Ana Ucieda Rodriguez began their education in 1988 when they enrolled in the Centro Superior de Hostelería de Galicia to pursue a Licenciatura in Dirección y Gestión de Empresas Hoteleras. Ana then continued their studies at the same school from 1994 to 1997, where they earned a Diplomado en Turim. Her education was completed in 1994 when they obtained their C.O.U y Selectividad from Colegio Santa Maria del Mar. Jesuitas.
