Jeffrey S. Yarbrough Jr.

Jeffrey S. Yarbrough Jr. has work experience in various roles and organizations. In 2015, they interned for the Center for Sustainable and Renewable Resources (CSRR) at The Institute for Advanced Learning and Research. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a DNA Analysis Intern at Marshall University Forensic Science Center. In this role, they observed and shadowed forensic scientists, learned evidence preservation protocols, examined and interpreted relevant sampling facts, organized case statistics, and assisted in scanning and preparing physical case files for storage. In 2020, they served as a Digital Forensics Intern at the same institution. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as an IT Technician at Gwendolyn R. Yarbrough, MSW, LCSW. Currently, they are employed as a Forensic Laboratory Assistant at Bode Technology.

Jeffrey S. Yarbrough Jr. pursued their education at Marshall University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology with a minor in Criminal Justice. Jeffrey S. attended the university from 2014 to 2018. Later, they pursued further education at Marshall University and completed their Master of Science degree in Forensic Science from 2019 to 2021. In addition to their academic achievements, Jeffrey S. Yarbrough Jr. has also obtained certifications as a Cellebrite Certified Operator (CCO) from Cellebrite and as a Magnet Certified Forensic Examiner (MCFE) from Magnet Forensics.
