Amanda Baldor has a diverse work experience that began in 2015 as a Trends Analysis Assistant at Sidework Creative, where they conducted market trend research and coordinated client meetings. In 2016, they worked as an Event Assistant at Arlo Hotels, assisting with preopening activities and client communications for events. In 2017, they served as a Public Advisor at PUBLIC, an Ian Schrager Hotel, working as a brand ambassador and assisting with guest relations and launching training programs. In 2018, they interned as a Marketing Intern at LDV Hospitality, supporting the marketing team in partnership building, photoshoot planning, and brand strategy development. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as an Analyst at Delos™, and in 2020, they joined Menin Hospitality as a Digital Director. Amanda is currently the Director of Brand Marketing at Bodega Taqueria y Tequila as of 2022.
Amanda Baldor studied Hospitality Administration/Management at Cornell Peter and Stephanie Nolan School of Hotel Administration from 2015 to 2019, earning a Bachelor of Science degree.

Bodega Taqueria y Tequila is in the midst of a nationwide expansion, fueled by our aspirations to establish a presence in numerous untapped states in the coming months.
