Thomas Lilja

Thomas Lilja is an experienced professional in information technology and security management, currently serving as COO and Security Ninja at Bodforss Consulting AB since December 2019, where the focus is on securing critical infrastructure in OT/ICS environments. Prior to this role, Thomas held the position of Consultant Manager at AddPro AB, managing talent recruitment, competence development, and information security workshops from January 2017 to December 2019. Between 2004 and 2016, Thomas served as Group IT Manager at Plastal Industri AB, overseeing IT operations for a 1200-employee group, and also held various IT roles within the company, including IT Manager and ERP Service Owner. Thomas began a career in aviation as a Certified Flight Instructor at Pinnacle Flight Academy from 1998 to 1999, earning a gold seal for exceptional instruction.
