Ketan Jhaveri

Ketan Jhaveri is the President at Bodhala and has advised on over a trillion dollars in M&A and PE transactions. Ketan has been with the company since May of 2003 and was previously the Head of GJY.

The National Journal in choosing the prior Decade's Most Influential Lawyers, highlighted their work for Sirius (merger with XM), Wyeth (merger with Pfizer), and Weyerhaeuser (predatory buying litigation that created Supreme Court monopsony precedent).

The WSJ and New York Times regularly cite him as an antitrust expert and the Wash Post praised their "broader, innovative antitrust analysis” for the earliest theoretical legal and economic work on the emerging antitrust issues w/ internet platforms.

I have never had a deal challenged or abandoned due to regulatory pressure despite handling the market's hardest deals.

Ketan also has had substantial experience in Delaware and privacy litigation.

Ketan Jhaveri attended St. Peter's Prep before going on to Harvard College, where they earned an AB in Honors. Ketan then attended Harvard Law School, where they earned a Doctor of Law (JD).
