Kiran Kumar Naik has a diverse range of work experience. kiran kumar commenced their career at MRF Ltd in 1989, where they held the position of Asst.District Manager. In this role, they were responsible for all India sales and eventually moved to the USA for business development. Following this, Kiran joined The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in 1999 as a Sales Manager. kiran kumar then went on to work at Reliance Industries as a General Manager from 2004 to 2013.

In 2013, Kiran took on the role of Head-Operations at Popular Autoworks ltd, where they were responsible for leading the Jaguar & Landrover business in Karnataka. kiran kumar managed various aspects such as sales, marketing, operations, service, and CRM.

From 2014 to 2019, Kiran worked at Bodhtree consulting ltd, initially as AVP-SALES and later as VP-Sales & Marketing. kiran kumar generated sales and new opportunities in multiple technology areas, working with premium partners such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft.

Most recently, Kiran joined US Services Group- Utilitarian Technology in 2019 as Vice President - Sales & Digital Initiatives.

Kiran Kumar Naik pursued their education at Railway Mixed High School-Rajahmundry from 1970 to 1980. Following this, they attended Andhra University from 1986 to 1989, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Sales & Marketing.
