Brian Colebaugh

Brian Colebaugh is an experienced consultant at ZYGOS Consulting LLC since July 2019 and has held various positions at QinetiQ North America since 2006, including Information Manager, where responsibilities included developing and implementing information life cycle policies for PMOs, and Competency Lead, focusing on Knowledge Management. Brian also contributed as a Systems Engineer, supporting the Strategic Business Team for Marine Corps Systems Command's communications and intelligence systems. Additional roles include Test Engineer at Vencore Inc. and Senior Acquisition Analyst at Logistics Management Institute. Former experience encompasses operational testing and evaluation for the Marine Corps and leadership roles in logistics and operations. Brian holds a Master’s in Information Technology from the University of Virginia and various military education credentials.
