Tovah Haim started their career in 1997 as a Kibbutznik at Kibbutz Urim and Hatzerim. Tovah then worked at EFD Diamonds, specifically the Israeli Diamond Exchange, from 1998 to 1999. Following this, Tovah joined Citi Group in 2004 as an investment banking analyst in the Technology group. Tovah was subsequently promoted to a 3rd-year analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions group. In 2007, Tovah became an associate at Goldman Sachs, where they worked on infrastructure investments. From 2008 to 2012, they worked as a Senior Associate at Global Infrastructure Partners, specializing in private equity investing in infrastructure assets. Tovah then moved on to Ralph Lauren, where they held various roles, including Senior Director of Strategic Development and Vice President of Strategy and Finance for the Digital and eCommerce division. In 2015, Tovah joined Blue Apron as the Vice President of Finance and Strategy, responsible for building the Finance & Strategy organization and overseeing multiple functions. Tovah became the Chief Financial Officer at Daily Harvest in 2017, before eventually founding their own company, Bodily, in 2018, where they currently serve as the Founder and CEO.

Tovah Haim has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley. Tovah also studied abroad at New College, University of Oxford, focusing on Politics, Philosophy, and Economics.
