Frank Haug began their work experience in 1993 at AkzoNobel as a Diplomant, Praktikant, and QS. Frank then worked as a Sales Engineer at GROUPE PROTEX INTERNATIONAL from 1996 to 1998. Following that, they were a Sales Engineer at Ciba Specialty Chemicals from 1998 to 1999. Haug then moved to Daimler AG, where they served as the Head of Process Engineering from 1999 to 2000. Since 2000, they have been working at Bodo Möller Chemie, where they currently hold the position of CEO and Chairman of the executive board of directors.
Frank Haug earned a Dipl. Ing. (FH) degree in Kunststoffchemie from Reutlingen University from 1992 to 1995. Prior to that, they studied Theologie at the University of Tübingen from 1988 to 1991. In 1988, they briefly studied Judaistik at the University of Haifa.
