Marianna Vassilopoulou

Marianna Vassilopoulou currently serves as a Communications Officer at the Bodossaki Foundation since November 2023. Prior to this position, Vassilopoulou held the role of Senior Events Associate in Marketing and Communications at PeopleCert from September 2022 to November 2023. Vassilopoulou accumulated significant experience at the Hellenic Foundation for European & Foreign Policy as an Event and Programme Manager from October 2014 to September 2022, and earlier as a Communications and Events Manager at Europe Direct ELIAMEP. Additional experience includes serving as a Public Relations Associate for the Master Program in Energy at the University of Piraeus, and public information roles at UNHCR and as a Program Officer at the Hellenic Foundation for European & Foreign Policy. Vassilopoulou began their career with internships at the Institute of International Economic Relations and the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Hellenic Republic. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in European Communications from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens and a Bachelor's degree in European and International Studies from the University of Piraeus.
